Turkish investors' investments in all corners of the world went up 58.3 percent in 2011 when compared to the previous year and reached a figure of 2.2 billion USD. Turkish investors' investments in Asia were worth 507 million USD in 2011. Turkish investors in general chose France to invest in Europe and Azerbaijan in Asia.
Turkey has made remarkable advances in the tourism and textile sectors as well as possessing diverse skills in technology, all of which are instrumental for an agreement. Turkish companies seek to build stronger relations with European contries through boosting trade opportunities.
